Who Is Hannah O’Hearn?
Hannah O’Hearn is an American professional with experience in business development and sales. While she became better known to the public because of her marriage to baseball player Ryan O’Hearn, her professional background shows that she had already been building her own career.
Her public LinkedIn profile lists Texas Tech University as part of her educational history from 2015 to 2019. It also includes professional experience with Splunk, along with earlier work and volunteer activity through Pi Beta Phi.
Some online biography pages describe Hannah mainly as an entrepreneur or as an “MLB wife.” However, the more directly verifiable information points to a career connected with sales, communication, client relationships, and business development.
Hannah O’Hearn’s Education and Early Background
Public information about Hannah’s childhood and early family life is limited. Several reports connect her background with Texas, but detailed information about where she grew up or her exact date of birth has not been reliably confirmed.
Because of this, it is better not to guess her age or fill gaps with unsupported personal details. Many celebrity biography websites publish family information without clearly showing where it came from, which makes those claims difficult to verify.
What can be confirmed more clearly is Hannah’s education. She attended Texas Tech University from 2015 to 2019. Multiple sources report that she studied Public Relations, Advertising and Applied Communication.
Her LinkedIn profile also lists academic recognition, including appearances on the Dean’s List and President’s List. During her university years, she was involved with Pi Beta Phi and volunteered as a mentor between 2015 and 2019.
Hannah O’Hearn’s Career in Sales and Business Development
Hannah’s professional career is one of the areas that many existing biographies cover only briefly. Her public professional profile shows experience with Splunk, while secondary reports also connect her with earlier sales roles involving Virtual Packaging and Western Packaging.
Based on the available information, the clearest description of Hannah’s career is that she has worked in sales and business development. Her experience includes client-facing commercial roles and work connected with the technology sector.
Some websites specifically describe her as a Business Development Representative at Splunk. However, the available public information does not provide enough detail to confirm every job title or employment date as of September 2026.
For that reason, it is more accurate to say that Splunk is part of her documented work history and that her broader professional experience has centered on sales, business development, and customer-focused commercial work.
How Did Hannah and Ryan O’Hearn Meet?
Ryan O’Hearn has spoken publicly about how his relationship with Hannah began. In a 2024 interview with What’s Up? Media, Ryan said the couple first connected through Instagram. They started talking and then went on a date only a few days later.
Ryan also explained that he felt early in their relationship that Hannah was someone he wanted to marry. Over time, she became an important source of support while he dealt with the demands and uncertainty of a professional baseball career.
The couple dated for around four years before getting married. Reports place their engagement on October 14, 2022, at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas.
Hannah and Ryan married on February 4, 2024. BaltimoreBaseball reported the wedding date, while Ryan later confirmed in an interview that the ceremony took place in Florida. After their wedding, the couple traveled to Saint Lucia for a short honeymoon.
Their relationship developed during an important period in Ryan’s career. He spent several seasons with the Kansas City Royals before finding a larger role with the Baltimore Orioles. Ryan has also said publicly that Hannah helped him recognize when frustration from baseball was beginning to affect his personal life at home.
The 2025 MLB All-Star Game Brought Hannah More Attention
Hannah became more visible to baseball fans during the 2025 MLB All-Star celebrations. Ryan was selected as an All-Star for the first time in his career, and the couple appeared together on the red carpet in Atlanta.
Coverage from the event quoted Hannah describing the experience as a “dream come true.” The appearance gave fans a rare public look at the couple together during one of the biggest moments of Ryan’s baseball career.
Around the same period, Hannah and Ryan also announced that they were expecting their first child. MLB.com reported in July 2025 that Hannah had shared the pregnancy news shortly after Ryan’s All-Star appearance.
For readers interested in another sports-related life story, Icons Golf Cart also has a detailed J.B. Mauney biography, covering the well-known bull rider’s career, injuries, and life.
Hannah and Ryan O’Hearn Become Parents
One of the biggest confirmed updates to Hannah O’Hearn’s life by 2026 was the birth of the couple’s first child.
MLB.com reported that Hannah gave birth to their daughter, Harper, on December 28, 2025. The birth marked a new stage in the couple’s life shortly before Ryan began preparing for another Major League Baseball season.
Ryan discussed fatherhood during spring training with the Pittsburgh Pirates in March 2026. He talked about spending more time at home with Harper and explained that becoming a father had changed the way he spent his free time.
MLB coverage again mentioned Hannah and Harper in May 2026, providing another confirmation that the family information was current.
This is important because several older biography pages still say that Hannah and Ryan do not have children. Those profiles are now outdated. As of 2026, the couple has one daughter, Harper.
Hannah O’Hearn’s Life in 2026
There has not been a major independent news story focused entirely on Hannah O’Hearn in 2026. Most recent verified coverage mentions her in connection with Ryan’s baseball career and the couple’s experience as new parents.
Ryan joined the Pittsburgh Pirates before the 2026 season, and official MLB reporting has continued to identify Hannah as his wife.
Although Hannah occasionally appears in stories connected with baseball and family events, there is no strong evidence that she is trying to build a separate career in entertainment or as a public personality.
Her public background continues to be connected more closely with her professional experience in sales and business development than with celebrity work.
What Is Hannah O’Hearn’s Net Worth?
There is no verified public figure for Hannah O’Hearn’s net worth.
Several celebrity-focused websites publish estimated figures, but these numbers are generally not supported by salary records, financial documents, company filings, or confirmed business valuations.
Because of this lack of reliable financial information, it would be misleading to present a specific net worth figure as fact. What is known is that Hannah has professional experience in sales and business development, while the details of her personal finances remain private.
Why People Are Interested in Hannah O’Hearn
Most public interest in Hannah comes from her marriage to Ryan O’Hearn, particularly after his successful period with the Baltimore Orioles and his first MLB All-Star selection in 2025.
However, describing her only as Ryan O’Hearn’s wife leaves out an important part of her background. Hannah attended Texas Tech University, built professional experience of her own, and worked in sales and business development before receiving wider attention from baseball fans.
Ryan has also spoken openly about Hannah’s role in supporting him during difficult moments in his career. In interviews, he explained that she helped him understand when frustration with baseball was affecting life outside the sport.
These direct comments provide more useful insight into their relationship than the generic descriptions often repeated by celebrity biography websites.
How This Was Researched
I researched this Hannah O’Hearn biography using Ryan O’Hearn’s public interviews, MLB.com reporting from 2025 and 2026, Hannah’s public LinkedIn profile, and recent sports and biography coverage. I also compared several competing articles to find outdated or weak information, especially around Hannah’s career, age, net worth, and whether she and Ryan have children. Where reliable sources did not confirm a detail, I left it unconfirmed rather than guessing. My goal was to create a clearer and more current 2026 profile that covers Hannah’s own background as well as her marriage.
